Wasted a month of our time in securing a loan only to deny us over the worst excuse possible relating to an HOA not carrying adequate insurance. Spoke with another lender who confirmed that it wasn't an issue, and I would have to say stay clear of PNC if you are looking to secure a mortgage.
Umber at PNC Bank provided me with the best banking experience I have ever had. She was highly professional, incredibly nice, and her expertise was impressive.
