PNC is a scam. Literally. Had over $250 removed from my account due to “transactions posting”- yet rather pending/posted the money had already been deducted from my available balance when any initial transaction is made so why would it deduct more from the available balance upon posting? A great bank with helpful staff.
Staff very welcoming & my teller was awesome helping me get what I needed to do It's not often I get to combine 2 different experiences in one review. I originally called this branch to explain document I needed. James was very helpful with sharing what I would have to do once I got to bank. He was very friendly and informative. Like this location easy to find.
Unfortunately a poor experience here with endless excuses on delayed funding.
