Has gone downhill. They used to know me, now I'm just a number
I walked into this bank feeling like a lost puppy after a series of unfortunate events with my previous branches—think of a sitcom but without the laugh track. But alas, the moment I stepped in, the staff greeted me with smiles that could rival the sun! They were so friendly, I half-expected Ashton Kutcher to jump out telling me I was being Punk’d. Wasted a month of our time in securing a loan only to deny us over the worst excuse possible relating to an HOA not carrying adequate insurance. Spoke with another lender who confirmed that it wasn't an issue, and I would have to say stay clear of PNC if you are looking to secure a mortgage.
