This is the second time I have been disappointed with PNC Bank. On September 26, I closed my Money Market Account at this branch, but the banker failed to credit the interest I had earned from September 1 through September 26. A professional banker should carefully review the account before closing it and make sure all accrued interest is properly addressed. Long time PNC customer. Went to withdraw $40 with my valid state ID. Asked for 2nd ID, gave that, then asked for a text message to verify my identity. Took 30 mins to simply get money from my account with a state ID. First time feeling discriminated against!
They don’t pick up the phone after two spaced attempts. Good way to lose another job to AI
