This branch should be closed the women always have attitudes and do the bare minimum to help you. IRS sent my money there direct deposit to an account I closed and they’re not going to release the money unless the IRS sends them a letter or fax requesting it to be returned to them. I don’t get it why not just send it back automatically. Pissed off I spent all day there and no results
