Editing my review because Lionell is no longer there. However, within the last year the service has gone down drastically. Violetta and Bernice are incredibly disrespectful. Have no urgency for their clients or desire to help. Unknowledgeable and genuinely bad at their job. I urge PNC to reconsider these two workers. Teller Elizabeth is so rude. I felt interrogated. She was raising her voice for no reason and almost berated me.
On August 29th this branch withdrew over $2000 from my savings account on "accident" stating that a withdrawal from another customer got mixed up with my account. Yesterday I went in to my local branch and the man who helped me was amazing, but he and I were both told that my money, which I did not authorize to be withdrawn would not be available until Tuesday because of the holiday.
