Terrible customer service I spoke with about 5 different staff members in 5 month span on getting a new debit card issued. And they failed 5 times to get it to me. After I asked if they could ship it to their branch they said they’d call me back to confirm they never did. I almost gave up on PNC but the hicks location in palatine got me my new bears card in 4 days !!!
