Walked in to close my account and Ramon was hesitant to do it. Got my debit card and teller won’t let me cash out. Completely illegal and in violation of banking laws. Was able to use the atm, they made hundred excuses and were rude. They may be financially unstable from what I can perceive from this situation and experience
I use this PNC every day! The staff up front make everything so easy!
My mom has been with PNC for years! Every time she goes to this location she has issues with the bank attendants. They always question her legal status regardless of having a US passport every time! This has happen numerous of times and my mom always has to stand up for herself as they are always rude and ignorant to her citizenship status. Highly disappointed in their customer service and ignorance!!
Super friendly staff! Everyone was nice and went above and beyond to help me out. They were knowledgeable and helped me answer questions about opening a credit card.
