I have had consistently great experiences with Senior Banker Sumathi (Sumi) Venkatesan. She is professional, personable and responsive. Thank you, Sumi, for wonderful service.
Walked in to close my account and Ramon was hesitant to do it. Got my debit card and teller won’t let me cash out. Completely illegal and in violation of banking laws. Was able to use the atm, they made hundred excuses and were rude. They may be financially unstable from what I can perceive from this situation and experience
