This branch is terrible. I didn’t recommend it at all.

Manager doesn’t have any idea what she’s doing. She’s saying new tellers doesn’t know anything. Manager is the one to know things better than tellers. Customer care is okay but poor knowledge of staffs makes service bad.
Do not recommend for a business account. Staff is very friendly but the bank does nothing for me. I have been with PNC for 3 years and always find better deals outside of the bank. Give your business to someone who appreciates it and can help you in return.
