As everyone said this is a glorified ATM with TERRIBLE customer service. Guess that's the type of employees you get when you don't have to actually work all day? THIS IS ON TOP of their mediocre site and app 👎👎 Ether turn this in to a real bank or close it and let someone else use the space 🙏🙏
This location is cashless and has no tellers. This setup should be clearly communicated or rebranded to prevent customers from making unnecessary trips and wasting time.
I cannot even give them One Star. I just posted this on my Facebook feed. What has happened with CustomerService in this world. Do businesses not need customers any more. I have been banking at this location for several years. I have banked with other large banks, but this one has the best staff that always cares about your needs. I have been very happy with the services provided for my personal, credit card and business needs. Sharon Morrison has been especially helpful on giving me all available options on what may work best for my financial needs. Thank you PNC BANK @ Wycliffe.
