I want to share my experience with two employees of PNC Bank. I walked in for a withdrawal and Narrisa greeted me and explained some important information to me about my account. She could have given me my withdrawal and left it at that, but she didn't. I made an appointment to speak to Haisha who also went above and beyond. She explained to me several things that was important, offered coffee/water and continue with more banking needs that I didn't know about. Disappointed. I walked in to make a deposit. The front desk woman said the teller was helping a someone else. ( the person she was referencing was at the front desk talking to about personal things not even at the teller yet ) I was directed to us the automated machine that I never used before. When I was done the person she shooting the breeze was still not at the teller. Mind you the teller was doing nothing. This bank looks like a PNC, but its not. If you go to the ATM, they won't tell you they will charge a $3 fee. They won't require you to accept the charges, they will give you your money and ding you with a request after. I've complained to PNC HQ but they literally don't care

As everyone said this is a glorified ATM with TERRIBLE customer service. Guess that's the type of employees you get when you don't have to actually work all day? THIS IS ON TOP of their mediocre site and app 👎👎 Ether turn this in to a real bank or close it and let someone else use the space 🙏🙏
