Worst, very rude understaffed took literally 4 hours just for me to deposit my stuff
They never answer the phone.
Incredibly understaffed. Had to go in person as they can never solve issues remotely. Over a 30 minute wait when having one person in front of me. Unbelievable.
Wait time was very long even though there were very few customers and the employee didn't seem confident and knowledgeable dealing with basic banking tasks
I absolutely had the worst experience at this bank. I dealt with the Branch manager, Kimberli, she was suppose to send the fraud department some documentation concerning my business, and she didn’t do it. I went on a Saturday morning and here it is Tuesday and Fraud department tells me that they still haven’t received anything. They have left her voicemails with reference numbers and she didn’t even call them back. I’m truly disappointed in this branch. I have emailed her twice , she doesn’t respond.
