Could be better. Waiting over 20 minutes just to print a card and there’s 1 other person waiting. And yes they can print a card behind the counter cause I’ve done it before. If their gonna give customer service at least have it be consistent
Drive thru ATM is constantly out of cash and otherwise useless. Now they have no internet for any kind of withdrawals.
Had a problem with my account and needed to open a new one. Michael H. was very helpful and expedient in helping us decide on the best course of action. Prompt, courteous and helpful.
Employees often rude…employees standing around chatting so always a super long wait to get a card printed
I have been a customer with PNC for over 35 years! Unable to make a $6,000 cash withdrawal, the bank does not have the cash!
