Honestly with the new branch manager, Miles, I feel more confident with this branch. He clearly is a master at customer service and left me feeling confident with my accounts in PNC.
Could be better. Waiting over 20 minutes just to print a card and there’s 1 other person waiting. And yes they can print a card behind the counter cause I’ve done it before. If their gonna give customer service at least have it be consistent
Drive thru ATM is constantly out of cash and otherwise useless. Now they have no internet for any kind of withdrawals.
