I have been a customer with PNC for over 35 years! Unable to make a $6,000 cash withdrawal, the bank does not have the cash!
ATM is rarely ever able to dispense cash. I and another patron agreed on this as we waited in line inside to withdraw money.. luckily they were at least open. Customer service is overall decent. My biggest issue is the atm service. The atm also doesn’t accept cash deposits the last 2 times I’ve tried. How come? I was able to before.
I opened a temporary bank account as a foreigner. They're very polite & capable workers. Nothing to complain about for me personally ☺️ I had a very pleasant time here!
