I was stuck between two cars that was illegally parked inside the parking lot. It was during school pick up time and parents just park there causing a lot of traffic and inconvenience to the bank customers. I went in to complain about the situation and the korean guy there was super rude, asking me "what do you want me to do about it. It's out of my control. The guard isn't there so you're gonna have to wait." His demeanor was just so rude and the way he handled the situation was very disappointing!

Very rude people. No one helped us and we needed a document notarized and they said they could do it but then after making us wait for 30 minutes said they couldn’t do it. It makes me want to switch banks.
