I applied for a PNC business credit card after seeing it advertised Im in business for over 9 years and my credit score is " Excellent" , but the application was denied because I don’t have a PNC deposit account — something that was "NEVER" mentioned by the bank representative during the process. After contacting PNC several times, they acknowledged the issue but said nothing could be done and there was no one else to speak with.
The branch isn't too bad, but the overall banking here is terrible.
