I needed to wire earnest money at the last minute to purchase a home. Everyone was friendly, I was checked in, got a couple congrats & was assisted! I didn’t even realize I had misplaced my debit card so another was printed for me on the spot. Thank You! PNC customer for 13 years & I’ll never leave.
Zacheeus was amazing! I opened a business account and he helped me from start to finish! He was so patient and he made sure I was opening the best account to fit my needs.
Bankers are never available with a full staff. It’s always a hassle going inside a branch. The lack of attention and wanting to help. Very little can be done online.
Rafael was awesome! Very knowledgeable and kind! Overall staff was very helpful as well
