PNC made a big deal about how credit card can only be expedited to branches for security. That’s a 800 number people issue I get that. The problem lies when you go to pick your card up at the branch, NOT ONLY did the branch itself not receive or sign for the card, kicker the manager of the grocery store signed for the package and LOST THE CARD!!! Incompetence at its finest.
no cash at a bank branch? just make it an ATM only location.
Really, a cashless branch! It might as well be an ATM! They should close this branch. I wasted my time by coming here.
