Setup my business account here after opening my llc. I didnt need ACH/wire immediately but wanted to ensure they had the capability. They ensured me it was included I just needed to setup the pinacle app. They told me there was no cost as ling as I kept a $500 minimum balance. Don’t come here for the ATM if you want to select the denomination of your bills. I came specifically to a PNC ATM to withdraw cash for vacation tips, as my bank does not allow bill selection. The ATM said $1s were available. I selected $1s during the bill selection process. The ATM spit out $20s instead. The employee was kind and apologetic, but claimed that there was nothing that could be done to exchange the bills or about my having paid their ATM fee (in addition to my own bank’s fee) for no reason.
Went all the way there comes to find out that they don’t even have a teller there they might as well just close down just made an account with them it couldn’t even do what I needed to do because they didn’t have a teller there to help me Does it make sense that they are even open He kept telling me that I could use that ATM that’s not the reason I went to the bank for Totally unsatisfied don’t understand why they no longer have a teller there When they used to have one
