I walk in to make a cash withdrawal because I don't have a card. I let the teller know what I'm here and my situation. He's with another customer, so I wait. And wait. And wait. Customer leaves and then the teller proceeds to let me know they don't do withdrawals. For what reason did you no tell me sooner?

Roldor is the best branch manager I have ever had! They take care of their business and personal clients above any other at this branch!
This is a bank that no longer has cash. I opened my account here because it's close to my home in my community. When I went in to make a withdraw I was told I had to go outside and use the ATM because the branch is now a "solutions center". The 3 employees stood and watched the conversation, helpless, while the door greeter explained this to me. I clearly must be living in the twilight zone or this company is now run by a bunch of greedy corporate clowns. 🤡🤡🤡
