This bank I swear Why do changes on a mobile banking app that makes it where no one can access their money over the weekend and then be closed on the weekend?
The worst bank . I disputed a large charge back in 11/2024, not approved by me. I went to the bank and advised this was a scam charge. I submitted everything I had , showing what I approved. The bank only mails out letters as a form of commutation with black and white statements and no details and you only had a few days to dispute the findings by email or a call. Was extremely impressed when I went inside to the bank lobby the same newer young man (Tony) waited on me again and he remembered me from my prior visits; Wow I was so impressed I have been banking with this bank location for a year and half and I have never received this kind and wonderful customer service from anyone else Thank you Tony for making me feel welcome today (September 3 2024)
