I came to this location to get a print out of some statements from a closed account. I was told that I would have to pay $5 per statement and would have to wait two business days to receive them. I left my information and went to a Ewing location to see if I could be helped there and it took them less than 10min to assist me and provide me with my statements for FREE. The manager Curtis James at the Lalor location is unprofessional and deceiving. Falsely trying to charge me for statements is beyond me. I hope they find a new... read more
