Probably the slowest branch in the history of banks. PNC is great but this branch not so much
Called Thursday, talked to a West Indian or Arabic accent woman, and made an appointment for 10 am Friday. Arrived Friday at 10 am the bank representative told me there was no appointment. The bank representative(man) after hearing the reason for the visit, to open a new account, said someone would help at 10:30. 10:30 came representative and another woman said had to wait longer. (Understaffed ). 11 am came and I left to go to TD Bank. Both banks use Zelle. Understand now why they are rated at 2 Stars.
Not open on Saturdays on a busy street is ridiculous
