Just close the bank or fire and hire new staff. The ones who were there today closing are rude, walked by us multiple times said nothing! We were in there for over 20 mins.
Seriously find another bank. Bank is always crowded, tellers are mostly friendly, but only move at one speed which is slow. I had a issue with a password lockout on my account. Took 5 weeks to resolve. Seriously find a smaller bank that appreciates you and cares about business. Do not go to PNC, all that have ever had any issues know my words are truse.
What’s the point of the bank being here the ATM’s never work
Worst experience ever long time customer needed statements for insurance said they couldn't help 😡👎
