I have been to pnc since long time am a regular customer of PNC but their is an Employee , Tariq he is giving hard time to me for deposits and withdrawals he is being soo rude not being professional .His customer service soo bad All staff members are soo good and polite but he is being rude everyime.
I have been a member of PNC Bank since 2008. Today was the first time I received inexcusable treatment. I came to this branch because they can print off new debit cards for you. I went to the teller and informed him of my need. He asked me to have a seat and that someone would be with me momentarily. A lady working in the bank came stood across the room in front of me and never said a word, not even welcome to PNC.
