Anthony and Grant and Tyler are amazing!! Always helpful always considerate and always the go to guys for all our banking needs. The branch is super clean, put together, and professional. 10/10 would recommend everyday!
Not sure why it's called a bank, at least here in KC. It's just people standing around telling you to use the ATM. All 3 locations are like this. Ten years ago it was great, but two mergers later, PNC has ruined it. I sit here waiting for an explanation for the ATM stealing my cash deposit. While waiting for this, I opened an account at an actual bank. I'm done with whatever this is.
Anthony has been the biggest help like ever. I am starting a small business, and he has been there to answer literally any question I have along the way, which is a lot. He has been so helpful in getting accounts set up for me, getting new CCs and checking accounts in my business name, helping with the application process, etc. Not only has he done all of that, but he has done it with kindness, patience, and happiness. I had to come in with two inquiries & got both of them solved my Tyler. Very satisfied with my visit and overall help.
Not a fan of how it’s not a regular bank but I do like the 25 hour ATM.
