I walked into PNC about 20 minutes before closing expecting a quick question — instead, I walked out with a brand new account, a cashed check, and honestly one of the best banking experiences I’ve had. Im always greeted upon entry and the branch manager is always so helpful and friendly. He could be my friend in real life with the ease of chatting with him. I appreciate this out of my bank.
