Stopped in to see my business banker and found out he went to another bank! Unfortunately the employee I spoke with would not tell me which bank Joe went to. If and when I find out, I will be pulling my accounts to join him! Before leaving, I withdrawal some money with Dom. He was polite, quick, and professional! The new manager, Mike, is lazy (literally sat at the front desk on his phone during my entire visit) and seems to be disconnected from the staff.
I have had the worst experience with this branch. I have had a business account with them for over 3 years. I had the rudest and most unhelpful assistant bank manager (Brianna) interact with me today. A money order I purchased and wrote out wasnt able to be accepted due to alteration. No one called me about this at all just said it couldnt be accepted. I was advised that it was a matter I should have came into the bank about. I only use the drive-thru ATM. Never have had any issues.. it is a well lighted area.
