I went in to open a business account, but was told to wait and ultimately informed that no one would be able to assist me.
PNC is the worst bank in the world, I went in because I had a problem with my account there was some money missing, and when I asked for help from the banker he treated me very rude, condescending, harsh tune of voice, very threatening presents, and said to I'm a man, I felt very discriminated against because I'm the opposite gender, this should never happen to any customer I felt very upset and disappointed, disgusted that I was treated this way. This bank is a scam. If you don't have an account with them the charge a 2% fee to cash checks. Not a flat small rate like some banks I will NEVER BANK HERE
