I just wanna take a minute and thank the tellers for always being so kind to my mother. She is disabled and has a hard time getting around. She’s had a savings account for years with them, we had to go in and open a checking account. They have always been kind and very accommodating, you ladies didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you.
I had an issue with a check being deposited into my account. Jamie sat down and made a few calls and the check was deposited with 30 minutes!
I came In with several technical difficulties with setting up a bill for an address as well In error I got for years concerning Apple Pay and Jamie was so patient and helpful answering all my questions and resolving all my issues. Very pleased with my experience. 5 stars! 🔥🙌🔥
Where should I start... The employees having personal conversations while the customers stand there waiting. Then might I mention that Roberto Anaya I believe is his name, Was my Teller. After he finished verifying my info for a cash advance he asked to wait while he goes to grab my money. Next I hear him saying "next in line step up." He literally went back to his original register ( because of the cash advance he had me step over to another register) and started taking other customers before he finished my transaction.
