There's always a line at this bank branch. Even if you're the only customer there at the moment, you still find yourself sitting and waiting. Several managers move around the room doing nothing. Two people are standing at the front desk, receiving customers. Why are there two of them? I've never seen a worse PNC Bank branch. Effective bank great service!
I missed a call yesterday. The representative left a voicemail with her first name and the main phone number. No last name and no extension. I'm trying to call back now but I can't get through to anyone unless I know either the last name or extension. Now I'm at work panicking because I don't know if there's a problem with my account
Went to cash a check as a no account holder. Got charged 2.5%. Highway robbery . Will never do any business in this bank.
