I come to this bank almost every day, and I always have a great experience. Sezana is always friendly, professional, and helpful, making every visit quick and easy. I also want to give a big thank you to the rest of the team for always being welcoming and providing excellent customer service. I really appreciate everyone’s hard work and positive attitude. I had a HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE experience at this branch in Garfield today, September 26, 2026. There was absolutely NO organization at this location. When I walked into the bank, I informed a female employee, who I believe was the assistant manager, that I needed a new debit card printed. She was not a teller. For me this is the worst bank to keep your money in because is not secure DoorDash took almost a $100 dollar from my checking account when I call to submit a complain they held me responsible just because I ordered from them before. This bank doesn’t fight for your money they just partnered with the scammers. While other bank fight for your money. That’s why you pay security.

I had a great experience there w Grisanny on personal acct and Ms. Santos on biz stuff. I got an acct even tho there were a few issues on my EWS - Early Warning System - due to an identity theft issue i haven't fully resolved. Wells, Chase said NO. PNC said YES. So go there peoples!!
