The worst bank to bank with
Super Customer Service. They call me to Guidence for Fianance. And when I came on time, they say that my appointment has been canceled 30 min ago and informed me with an email I did not see yet.
The corporate policy and branch execution of policies is convoluted and lacks cohesion. The atm system is often not fully functional (lacking the ability to make deposits). Whatever mergers have taken place over the years has exacerbated infrastructure issues. I do not recommend banking with PNC in general.
Joel and the other ladies are so nice and always help me out. I’ve never had any issues.
