This is one of the worst banks . Now I can't have someone deposit money for me if I'm not around . Everybody should really start looking into this. Because if you're stuck somewhere not around you can't put any cash into your account. The bank is no good to you at this point even though they have your deposit slip who cares who brings it in put it where it's supposed to go with the deposit slip that you keep telling me to fill out every time. Worst online service . If I could give negative stars I would. They don't listen to my problem. And don't give clear answers. I've talked to 2 phone reps and same thing. I will probably be switching banks. I don't have Facebook or X so I will be unable to message you privately
The ladies at the counter were friendly on my first visit here today. No issues to speak of, and it's nice that there's a PNC branch in this area.
