Dave is the best! I had alittle issue with my debit card but everytime i need him he is there to help and figure out a solution, he cares about his customers and is managing a team that i couldn’t say enough good things about. Especially Amy! This whole branch deserves a raise!
Great Bank and Laurel is a fantastic Leader. They would have so much more customers, if they would do their reward programs for new customers not only if you join online but also in the branch. I would open an account today, but I want to join in the branch, not online. Hope that changes soon!!!

This is one of the worst banks . Now I can't have someone deposit money for me if I'm not around . Everybody should really start looking into this. Because if you're stuck somewhere not around you can't put any cash into your account. The bank is no good to you at this point even though they have your deposit slip who cares who brings it in put it where it's supposed to go with the deposit slip that you keep telling me to fill out every time.
