The teller handed my my funds without putting it in an envelope and I asked for one, actually asked for 5 and He DID NOT use one of them to place the funds into ... spoke with Josh, the Branch manager and he stated "Teachable moment" and I Thanked him.
The employees are very polite and helpful during every visit to this location in Baltimore City.
