I assumed I would be able to use the ATM after hours, even though the branch was closed. Unfortunately, the door was locked and there was no access at all. This should be clearly mentioned in advance so customers know what to expect. Otherwise, the experience was okay.
All the staff there are super friendly they know exactly what they're doing. They're not slow. Also they are human and what I mean by that is they show emotion enthusiasm hakim was a wonderful associate there. I couldn't be any happier than this location. Sometimes I'll drive out the state just to this one because it's my favorite. Excellent service
Horrible
Upon arriving at 12:45 to request a new card, I was dismayed to find that there were only three staff members available to assist customers. Furthermore, I was informed that one staff member had a client scheduled for 1 pm, another was due to go on lunch break at the same time, and the whereabouts of the third staff member were unknown. I’m not sure what they did to piss every one else off in the reviews but I had an amazing experience! Dystany went above and beyond in making sure I left satisfied, thanks again guys.
