I have been a customer of PNC bank for over 30 years. I am out of town in the Sarasota Florida area. I went to this PNC bank today to get rolls of quarters. The teller was extremely RUDE. Not sure if she didn’t want to give me rolls of quarters she had left or if she is just a miserable person. I highly recommend you go to a different bank for your banking.
I had a great experience with Eric Namikas at PNC Bank. He was very helpful and informative. He took the time to explain the different account options and helped me choose the one that was best for my needs. I had no idea that my previous account required a minimum balance of $5,000 to avoid a $25 monthly fee. Eric caught this and immediately helped me switch to a better option. I deposited cash at this PNC atm. The machine glitched and didn’t return my money, give me a receipt or deposit the funds. When I went in the bank to rectify the situation I was treated poorly. It should have been a simple matter of auditing the machine for extra cash, but they mishandled the entire process. The bank has one basic function, take deposits and keep a record. I have no faith that they can do this.
Lady was nice. But pnc no longer cashs PNC bank checks if your not a member. I run a business and pay my employees with personal checks so I can never bank with them because in turn they won't cash my employees checks
