For over 40 plus years my dealings with PNC have been excellent.
My husband and I came in due to an issue with a transfer never putting the money back into our account. The manager was too concerned about leaving to care, and nobody would look at my husbands phone to see what he was talking about. They tried to insinuate that the money never left his account and like he was trying to scam them or something. We will be canceling all of our accounts with PNC.

I have been a customer of PNC bank for over 30 years. I am out of town in the Sarasota Florida area. I went to this PNC bank today to get rolls of quarters. The teller was extremely RUDE. Not sure if she didn’t want to give me rolls of quarters she had left or if she is just a miserable person. I highly recommend you go to a different bank for your banking.
