Needed a bank near my home. I walked into PNC and was immediately greeted by a cheerful professional named "Gidget". My lucky day! She had great knowledge of products and services. She went above and beyond taking care of my banking needs. I don't feel like an account number, I feel like family. Thanks for making my experience with a "new" bank a pleasant one.
Worst PNC banking experience ever. Awkward access, ATM that doesn’t do withdrawals, and I had to fill out a withdrawal slip at the drive-thru (because the ATM doesn’t do withdrawals) - my PNC bank card evidently wasn’t good enough by itself. The teller was was very pleasant but the whole idea was to get in and out quickly without having to spend a lot of time dealing with incidentals. I used this location to get a cashiers check for the closing of my refi. Originally from PNC corporate I was told I’d need to go in person if I needed the funds that day, which was impossible with two little kids in Covid quarantine. I called the office directly, in a panic, and they calmly walked me through options and worked with me to make the experience as easy as possible. They were accommodating and friendly, and I am a very thankful and happy customer!
