1/14 10 am - The rep was so useless had no interest in helping client no wonder pnc is losing customers and need to downsize.
The lady Odette is lazy. ATM couldn’t deposit my cash and I was holding up a line of people waiting to use the ATM. So I went to the desk. Prior to this moment Odette declined service to lady who wanted to deposit 2 bags of coins into cash. After declining her service I went up to Odette and said “Hi can you please deposit my cash into my bank account” she immediately scoffs and says “WHY WE’RE CLOSING IN 1 MINUTE.” I told her “Maybe if your ATM was working properly I wouldn’t have to be doing this.” She then complains about... read more
This branch of PNC complained because we have a lot of cash to deposit $ 2,500.00 is too much for them to handle, where do I take my deposit if my bank won't take it 🤔🤔🤔. This is ridiculous .....
