Reported my card as lost/stolen last year they gave me a new card and never closed the old one. I just found out today when I got a new card in the mail with the exact same numbers as my old lost one. Customer service said the local branch never turned the old card off or reported it lost/stolen. Absolutely ridiculous.

My name was on my parents account such that an event would happen I would be able to get in their safe deposit box. I've never had a problem before getting in their safe deposit box. My sister and I arrive here a day after my mother unexpectedly passed to get in the box. They said I was not permitted and never should have been allowed in there.
