Every other bank or credit union I've been to has a check in counter, then someone will be right with you. I bring my mom to this location, she's in a wheel chair, and there is always an excuse as to why we can't be seen or why it will take a while to be seen for assistance. This speaks volumes as to how much they actually care about the customers needs.
