PNC Bank is horrible. I drove all the way out there and they wouldn't make me bank account because they said it was too close to closing. It does not take that long to make a bank account and traffic was horrible. Just lost yourself a customer because you didn't want to take the extra few minutes to do your job.
I have never experienced a true “Karen” until today at the PNC in Chesterfield. How dare they ask for an ID to withdraw money!! Im glad that is part of your protocol as there is so much identity theft today! I’m sorry guys that I forgot your names already but you were so professional while doing your job! She was very rude and insulting but you all stayed calm and treated her as if she were your favorite customer. Thank you for always being great when I come into this branch!
