I traveled here from the location down the street that was short staffed on 6/8. The person assisting me (Mgr. Yves) me informed me of what he needed to open a rep/payee account so I presented the appropriate paperwork I was just given from the agency. He then advised it had to look a certain way although what he stated it needed to say was in the letter I was advised by the agency to give them. Very very slow bed customer service. Waist of time to come here
At this location is vert slow. Customer services is good. How can you improve getting faster services. Is it because the bank is smaller? Or manager dont care? Higher volume in customers coming to this location?
If I could leave zero stars I would. Currently standing in line with 4 other people (been here for about 20 minutes now) and not a single person has come out of the office to greet us - we can clearly see them sitting back there. I even walked up to the counter and said "hello" to get someone's attention and wasn't even acknowledged. This is awful customer service.
