During my 5 months banking with PNC, I have absolutely loved banking here at this location. The ladies at the bank are world-class, Diane and Brooklyn are exceptional. But Nikki stands out above all others. Professional, knowledgeable; and above all else, engaging and cares about the customer. Can’t get through on a phone call.
The words that PNC Marketing wants associated with the PNC brand are "integrity," "transparency," and "accountability." On November 8, 2024, as a business customer, my experience with Greeter B.H. at the 2946 South Church Street Branch was "far" from displaying "integrity," "transparency," or "accountability." Already, there are patterns of review - complaints regarding this branch, and I concur: While I give "excellent" reviews to the busy tellers that day, I too question the "brand" of service of certain Greeters.
Horrible service. I tried to cash a insurance claim payment which was issued through three bank and I was unable to. I would not recommend. Navy Federal Credit Union service is A1 and I would recommend you take your services elsewhere!
