Went to open a business account. Had the pleasure of working with Nicole Who is very knowledgeable and helpful! And addressed and answered any questions or concerns. I may have had as well as other staff members. Very friendly would definitely recommend this bank to any one else!
This is the slowest bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was in the drive through for 15 min with only the one car in front of me. I had to leave. When I came back an hour later it was the same situation. I’ve sat here for so long with just the one car in front of me. What is the hold up every single time? They are too slow and it’s inconvenient.
So around 5:40 the machine swallows my card, the machine wouldn’t even let me use careless code access. I let one of the recipients know that I need my card back I even showed them My I.d . I was crying & freaking out she didn’t care . She specifically said it’s a curtesy to get my card from the back . So she started laughing with the other bank recipients because I was crying & freaking out.
