Most unprofessional bank I have ever encountered. Staff is rarely punctual with their hours and leave the office randomly without even leaving a notice on the door for their customers.
This PNC has the door locked for temporary closes more than any bank I've been to. Too many times I have to wait upwards of 30 minutes for the banker to return. Where do they go for so long? I feel like my position as a customer is not valued here.
This PNC bank front desk lady is so bad. She doesn't know anything about banking at all. The only think she knows is selling people open bank accounts. She can't help you with any banking problems.
