I am extremely frustrated with the PNC Bank branch at Higgins and Nagle. The incompetence of the staff in managing my retirement account is absolutely unacceptable. How can they offer such services when they clearly lack the necessary knowledge? My funds are being held up for no good reason! If a bank claims to provide retirement accounts, they better have staff who know what they’re doing. This location fails miserably in that regard. Tried to withdraw $5500 today and they told me that “today’s “ limit is $2500 and the best they can do is $4000 in $20 (!!!!!!!!!!!) .Asked them really ? Why? Responded I get because of the holiday. Oh , sure yesterday was Veterans Day but today??? You are having problems getting your own money !!!! This isn’t the first time I’m getting feeling that they are doing everything stopping you from withdrawing money.
