This is the worst ATM system ever, please if possible stay away from the bank @ 3440 w. Roosevelt rd
No Tellers, what's the point. This should just be an ATM location.
I had to deposit some checks. They let me know there were NO TELLERS and that I would have to use the ATM. PNC there were no letters sent out informing customers about the change. Also the banker was sitting in the lobby with no shoes; just socks on. (X mas socks at that) What kind of unprofessional behavior is this? Just because this is a minority neighborhood; such behavior is unacceptable.
