this bank keeps calling me...i dont live in new york
This is at least the 2nd time I go through the trouble of making an appointment online for this location and showing up on time only to have to wait ~20 minutes for assistance. Truly leaves a lot to be desired from the customer service standpoint
You will Not be able to conduct any business at this location. They do not accept cash. They do not give replacement cards or anything of the sort. The ATMs don’t accept cash either and is locked up at night with a pad lock after 5:00 and left until the lobby opens again at 9:00 so no late night or early morning transactions at this location…unlike other banks where you use your debit card to Gain access you won’t Be able to deposit anything at this location?
