This bank is really customer friendly and it’s always at convenient locations
Schlepped all the way here to withdraw some money from a teller and learned this is not a real bank. They said there was "no cash here". If they don't have cash, why are they even calling themselves a bank? If there is no cash, call it an investment center or whatever the hell else a bank does with no cash. It's always one thing after another with PNC, I'm closing my account with them.
Haider was very professional and friendly, I would highly recommend him.
I visited this branch of PNC as it was very close to my office. Despite not having an appointment, I was greeted warmly. I was having an issue with my priority status. Widisha Yadav went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. She was very friendly and polite in addressing my concerns.
