This bank doesnt have cash.....
I left a 5 star review the other day, which I am now changing. I was being helped by this branch, and now suddenly no one is answering the phone or my emails to finalize the needed details. Not sure if the branch suddenly closed, but the manager is not answering the emails either.
This bank is really customer friendly and it’s always at convenient locations
Schlepped all the way here to withdraw some money from a teller and learned this is not a real bank. They said there was "no cash here". If they don't have cash, why are they even calling themselves a bank? If there is no cash, call it an investment center or whatever the hell else a bank does with no cash. It's always one thing after another with PNC, I'm closing my account with them.
