I have found Carol and Carmen to be delightful to work with for my father‘s estate. Always greeted with a friendly hello by name to meet specifically and I just called them a little while ago to ask her an over the phone request and Carmen was immediately responsive and said no worries you can pick it up tomorrow. We will probably leave Bank of America to work with PNC.
Incompetent tellers and an even more incompetent manager. They can't follow the simplest of directions.
