It’s my 2nd or 3rd time coming in the drop off our deposit from where I work. Leslie was there all times she seen me standing there waiting while her coworker was busy working the drive thru she continued to stay there and talk to her other coworker that were just staring at me while I simply came to deposit our money. Honestly I dislike her a lot. Bad customer service and behavior against customers that come here
Wish the ATM accepted tap from phone , Everytime I pull up something with that ATM , passcode has issues , tap has issues

See my review for the Henderson NC location to understand the review..walked in just before closing to pay off a vehicle loan with a credit card,kind teller informed me I could not use a CC to pay the loan off,after explaining that whomever on the toll free line said it could be done was misinformed, I thanked them and left...super polite staff especially so close to closing, they took time to hear me out...
