Managers there at not good at their job. PNC managers are normally much better at other locations, these ones are a joke. Don’t go to this bank.
Trying to open new account at this Branch that I already bank with. Vince- Branch Manager, who is new to me, refuse to accept my identification as a foreign national or call Branch support to confirm the accepted ID after asking him to call someone multiple times to get this sorted out. I even handed him my bank card. How am I able to bank here if PNC doesn't accept my identification? This is a legal department that has to confirm this before opening an account. I have loved PNC over the years and states that I have lived in, but this branch has been disappointing. Each visit has been getting longer and longer from waiting due to short staff. The staff that are present are nice and apologetic, like Kelvin Sarkorh. I appreciate staff like him and are the saving grace for even two stars.
