Terrible customer service. Jade inpaticular. Rude and unfriendly. Management is flights at best. Lure you in with great interest rates then drop them by 50% within months. Took 3 months to get my name correct on my accounts. When closing my account the manager felt the need to lecture me on my reasons as if I were a 5 year old child even though I told her I didn't want her input. Steer clear of Aurora PNC
Great customer service. No waiting line at teller, and reference to consult immediately to take our account issue, make calls for us.
Good bank, older, slightly outdated location, but good staff, especially the ones that came over from the Bainbridge location that closed during the pandemic. Never had an issue with the ATM or any in person interaction.
