Great customer service. No waiting line at teller, and reference to consult immediately to take our account issue, make calls for us.
Good bank, older, slightly outdated location, but good staff, especially the ones that came over from the Bainbridge location that closed during the pandemic. Never had an issue with the ATM or any in person interaction.
Worst experience with delilah Cramer poor customer service. Also when jason I'm assuming this is her manager. He called to follow up on the poor survey and he was also very rude and didnt not want hear what I had to say. After being with PNC for years I will be leaving this company and allowing my friends and family to know about their relationship with long time customers. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS
PNC is a great bank and most of the staff is incredibly helpful and kind but Felicia was short and I felt attacked. She was totally insensitive and disrespectful. I hope she can see this and learn that her bad day shouldn’t translate over into customer service.
