This branch is amazing. I travel 20 minutes for their service. Always clean, never long waits, the staff know me now, they are always kind and professional. It's so refreshing to see the same faces and receive good old fashioned customer service. I have a branch a mile from my home and another branch a mile from my work that just don't come close to the experience I receive from every delightful staff member on this team. #greatfulforagreatexperienceeverytime.
I just started a personal bank account here and everything was great. I showed up and everyone i talked to was ready to help and smiling. I had to wait for a bit because the banker (Mindy) was with another customer and when it took longer than anticipated someone came out to let me know and to see if i needed anything.
