Staff was friendly
Useless location. ATM never works & branch does not seem to care.
Piotr was not helpful at all. Waste of time. I don't recommend.
I used their ATM and got a $20 bill and realized I needed smaller bills. I went inside to their teller and asked if he could give me smaller bills. He asked if I was a customer of PNC. Since I am not a customer, he refused to service me. They do not honor community service as it is required by the CRA! Under the CRA, ALL BANKS are required to perform certain services in the community while doing business WITHIN their respective community! It appears that PNC does not provide REQUIRED CRA training to thier front line employee... read more
