The worst customer service after 20 years mortgage customer and the branch manager can’t even help out They can’t endorse a cashier check so I can get my roof fixed because it is Saturday
They had me wait 30mn in the hall for nothing while the banker was sitting in her office. The clerk told me wait and I waited a whole 30mn until I went back and complained. It’s very chaotic and unorganized bank!
