I’ve had 3 issues with the ATM all separate times in the month of February. Just a few days ago, I deposited a sum of cash into the ATM and the ATM took all that cash, cancelled the transaction, and told me to see an associate. I go inside startled of course, the inside is always packed with associates standing around, I explained the situation and because the ATM isnt apart or “their” bank, they can’t help. So i lost all that cash. PNC is the worst bank i’ve ever had. 0 help. 0 communication. Takes your money (LITERALLY.)
Have appointment with Dennis Grieco. He didn't come on time. We are very upset with service with him. Think bank need to look who's working for them.
Five stars for Brandi! She was running the place alone (on New Year's Eve) and managed to help everyone in line PLUS the drive through with a smile. This woman deserves a raise! People in line were getting rude with her but it didn't bother her one bit. She was polite and efficient. She even took a moment to let me in the bathroom while my deposit processed. Big fan of her
This location is terrible and I went back twice over just to see if it was me... From the disrespectful customer service from a banker in a powder blue Easter suit at Xmas time and clueless tellers (except the ONLY teller who didn't lose HER cool; her hair was beautiful middle part straight didn't catch her name) to the Out of Order ATMs. Card was stuck/taken by drive through ATM and I was referred to call the customer service line for PNC but the ATM is serviced by a third party provider. Was making a deposit, Cash & Checks in the Drive thru line this morning, service was absolutely terrible, 12/9 @ 11a.m. The female teller said okay just confirming your cash amount is X and I said yes that's correct, 5 minutes or so goes by.. the lady says sorry I'm still processing your deposits as im working both the floor an the drive thru since the other teller is in the restroom.
