We started at the Lake Mary PNC branch at noon today with our son to make a change to his account. They were short staffed and could not accommodate us so they suggested we go to the Altamonte Springs PNC since they have a lot more personnel. I called while on the way and we were told by Betsy that as long as we got there before 1pm we could be helped because they are not busy at all and she said she would put my name down so they’d expect us. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. The staff at this branch is extremely incompetent. They sent me from one branch to another without resolving anything and caused me to lose an entire day of work. The worst part was their attitude. Every time I arrived, you could clearly see the annoyance on their faces, and they showed absolutely no willingness to help me.
