Unless you have 30 minutes to wait I would suggest avoiding this bank. The last 2 times that I have attempted to get help, there was only one teller for the window and floor. Yet, there were 3 other staff just standing and chatting (non bank related conversations). I prefer not writing negative reviews, just be prepared to wait. I have not experienced this at other PNC branches...
HORRIBLE customer service. This branch is awful
No one ever picks up the phone. under staffed and just bad customer service in general when you call. They do not relay messages and no follow-ups from this bank!
The manager is rude and unprofessional!
The service, once you actually get to work with someone is good however, the wait is ridiculous. There are usually only 2 tellers and you can see other employees walking around the branch while there is a line of people waiting for a teller. Its laughable. I only come here for work purposes otherwise, I would not come here.
