The manager is rude and unprofessional!
The service, once you actually get to work with someone is good however, the wait is ridiculous. There are usually only 2 tellers and you can see other employees walking around the branch while there is a line of people waiting for a teller. Its laughable. I only come here for work purposes otherwise, I would not come here.
This branch needs to be shutdown the "person" I had to talk to was so rude I considered closing my accounts
Worst customer service ever. No one wants to help in the branch and just wants to tell you to call customer service on the phone. No one can help resolve a fraud issues and don’t know what they are talking about. WORST bank ever
