Worst customer service ever. No one wants to help in the branch and just wants to tell you to call customer service on the phone. No one can help resolve a fraud issues and don’t know what they are talking about. WORST bank ever
I don't do this often, but a 5-Star Review of this bank and specifically Branch Banker, Michael Ellison, is warranted. My wife and I are not PNC customers but do have our mortgage through PNC. Without getting into specifics, after receiving a strange notice from PNC, and a call into their call center was unhelpfulI, I visited the Berkley Branch this morning.
