8 years with a business account here. We’re moving to a different bank. Rude, utterly incompetent, and just not worth the negative energy. There are SO MANY better options for business banking, and it’s finally time to get out before they lose more of our hard earned small business $$
Experience on two separate occasions I was told I could have documents notorized. After Setting an appt arrived on time and no one including the notary came out to me . Another representative happen to ask me what was there for and I told him I needed have some documents processed and when I told what type I had he said if it's not through Pnc bank they cannot notorize . Very disappointing after being told they can and then finding out they cannot. Very bad communication from mgr I will be terminating my accts
I am very disappointed with the level of service at this location. What should have been a simple withdrawal turned into an unnecessarily long and frustrating experience. I waited more than 15 minutes before being told I needed to provide a second form of identification, which makes me question why that was not communicated much earlier in the process. Unfortunately, the people employed at this branch are rude, inept, and quite frankly have no business working in a financial institution. The lack of professional behavior on the branch manager, Mariah, and her unwillingness to speak to me in a professional manner, really says it all. Of course I am leaving this institution as it’s a joke. I do not recommend banking here if you are serious about your money!
